This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Luximed.ae are processed and delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

📌 1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are shipped using trusted local courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

📌 2. Shipping Fees

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders:

Flat Rate: 13 GBP

(or equivalent in AED, displayed at checkout)

Additional courier surcharges may apply for remote or out-of-service areas as determined by the courier provider.

These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.

📌 3. Order Processing Time

Orders for items in stock are processed within:

24 hours

from the moment the order confirmation email is sent.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📌 4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

1–3 business days

throughout the UAE.

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • courier availability

  • public holidays

  • remote area restrictions

  • unforeseen logistical delays

However, delivery will not exceed 7 business days under normal conditions.

📌 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

  • tracking details (if provided by the courier)

  • a delivery confirmation notification

The courier is responsible for all transit updates after pickup.

📌 6. Packaging & Product Integrity

All orders are packed securely to protect cosmetic products during transport.

Luximed is not responsible for:

  • damage caused by the courier

  • delays caused by third parties

  • loss or theft occurring after delivery

Any claims for damage during transport must be reported directly to the courier, in accordance with their policies.

📌 7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address

  • missing information

  • customer unavailability

the order may be returned to us or held by the courier.

Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

📌 8. International Shipping

At this time, Luximed.ae does not ship outside the UAE.
