📌 1. Nature of Products
Luximed sells cosmetic products intended for professional use.
Due to the hygienic, sealed, and professional nature of these items, strict return conditions apply.
Products are not medical devices and not intended for consumer self-use.
📌 2. Eligibility for Returns
A return will be accepted only if ALL conditions below are met:
✔ The product is unopened
✔ The product is unused
✔ The original seal and packaging are intact
✔ No signs of tampering or damage
✔ The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
If any of these conditions are not met, the product cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.
📌 3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

Items with altered packaging

Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless defective on arrival
📌 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luximed.ae, including:

photos of the product and packaging

description of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Damage caused by courier handling is subject to courier liability policies.
📌 5. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

The item must first be returned to us for inspection.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after product inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items sent by us.

The customer is responsible for:

Luximed is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
📌 7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.
📌 8. Refund Rejection
We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if:

Rejected returns will not be resent unless the customer pays for reshipment.
